Privacy notice

MAKERS Institute of Creative Practice runs MAKERS Learn. This notice explains what we collect and why. It follows the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the EU GDPR.

What we collect

• Your name, email and, if you give it, phone number.
• Your course enrolments, lesson progress, quiz results and certificates.
• Payment records. Card details are handled by Paystack or Flutterwave and never reach us.
• The device and browser you sign in with, so we can enforce the device limit on your account.

Cookies

One essential cookie keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can download everything we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account from your account page. Payment records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it.
